The €100 Million (£90,740,000) EuroMillions jackpot of the 18^th September 2009 has been won by a single ticket bought on France’s Mediterranean coast. The lucky winner beat about 40 million players to win the 100 million euros SuperDraw. This is the largest lottery win ever made in France.

This is equal to the jackpot win of the 9^th February 2007 and the third highest ever.
The largest being the sextuple rollover of €126,231,764, 8^th of May 2009 won by a Spanish lady.
